A popular debate topic, inbound vs. outbound activity is one of the tougher things to manage for a new SDR. As an SDR you want to prioritize the activity that gets you a meeting - that’s inbound/outbound agnostic. Your manager/client wants you to touch all of the accounts they’ve delivered you (also channel agnostic). How can you strike that balance to be both effective AND efficient?
