demandDrive Earns a Place on the Inc. 5000 with 138% Growth

November 1, 2023

For the 5th Time, demandDrive Appears on the Inc. 5000, Ranking No. 3678 With Three-Year Revenue Growth of 138%!

August 16, 2022 – Inc. magazine today revealed that demandDrive is No. 3678 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

This is the 5th year in a row that demandDrive has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list:

How do we continue to grow at such a steady pace?

1) We’re a People-First Organization

Since our inception in 2011, we’ve always put our employees first. Because when you focus on helping your employees succeed and grow, they help your clients do the same.

As one of our co-founders, Dan Paul, said: “Take care of your employees, and they’ll take care of the business.”

Our focus on employee-led growth has opened up tremendous opportunities for our SDRs. We’ve promoted more SDRs to Senior SDRs, Team Leads, and Project Leads in the past few years than in the previous 8 combined.

And because of that, they’ve done the same for our clients.

Our SDRs have been instrumental in building and developing a strong relationship with our clients. Those relationships have resulted in numerous extensions, expansions, and referrals.

2) We Value and Celebrate Growth

That mentality lends itself to our company value statement: demandDrive fosters a community focused on communication and accountability to achieve individual and organizational growth.

We’re not an organization that dreads the graduation of SDRs – we celebrate it. Our goal is to create a sustainable pipeline of top talent for our clients, and the best way to do that is to celebrate the success of the SDRs that move up and out of the role.

Seeing that success attracts future top-performers and keeps our talent pipeline full.

And having a robust training, development, and management system in place ensures that those top-performers have a place to continually learn and grow.

3) We’re Flexible

A lot of outsourced SDR companies are rigid – they have a set program they’ve built to generate appointments for their clients, and they don’t deviate from it.

And we’re more than just an outsourced SDR company.

Whether it’s a Fortune 500 organization or an SMB that just got its Series A round of funding, we’ve seen it all. Our in-house expertise lends itself to the flexibility our programs require to get our clients the results they need.

Because we’re in the business of shared victory and transparency. We only win when our clients win, and more often than not it takes a little creativity and outside-the-box thinking to get the job done.

That flexibility allows us to work with nearly anyone, and the breadth of our client base has been instrumental to our overall growth.

We’re honored and excited to once again be included on a list of this magnitude. It speaks to the quality of the work we’ve already done and the work we will do in the future.

Our vision for demandDrive is, and always will be, to be the industry-leading sales development firm through investment in and growth of our individual employees.

More About the Inc. 5000

The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent businesses. Facebook, Chobani, UnderArmour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000

The companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 have not only been successful, but have also demonstrated resilience amid supply chain woes, labor shortages, and the ongoing impact of Covid-19. Among the top 500, the average median three-year revenue growth rate soared to 2,144%. Together, those companies added more than 68,394 jobs over the past three years.

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000

The top 500 companies are featured in the September issue of Inc. magazine, which will be available on August 23.

“The accomplishment of building one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., in light of recent economic roadblocks, cannot be overstated,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc.

“Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that have established themselves through innovation, hard work, and rising to the challenges of today.”

The Inc. 5000 Methodology

Companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2018 to 2021. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2018. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2021. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2018 is $100,000; the minimum for 2021 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places.
