August 15, 2023 – Inc. revealed today that demandDrive ranks No. 4007 on the 2023 Inc. 5000, its annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The prestigious ranking provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses.

This is the 6th year in a row that demandDrive has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list:

The Inc. 5000 class of 2023 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges. Among this year’s top 500 companies, the average median three-year revenue growth rate ticked up to an astonishing 2,238 percent. In all, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have added 1,187,266 jobs to the economy over the past three years.

How are we able to sustain such a consistently high level of growth? There are many reasons, but these three really embody our last few years:

1) Proactivity

Time and time again our clients mention our flexibility and proactivity when asked about the best aspects of our services. We don’t take the investment our clients make lightly – if they’re not seeing the results they expect or we feel like the project is trending in the wrong direction, our default mode is action.

Our revenue development services are custom-built to help our clients achieve their goals – we only win when the client wins. That means we take an overly-active hand in all of our relationships to ensure they’re happy.

And that sentiment extends beyond our client relationships as well. Our sales, marketing, and training functions have their fingers on the pulse of B2B sales and marketing best practices. We’re constantly working to improve program deliverables, training & onboarding processes, and our own institutional knowledge to make sure we’re a step ahead of inside sales trends.

2) Transparency

We operate on a foundation of transparency and shared victory. That means we never sugarcoat results, we’ll always be honest, and we truly have our client’s best interests at heart.

Sometimes it means that what we or our client thought was the best path forward is actually a dead end. But having those difficult conversations means that we can stop doing what isn’t working and quickly pivot to something that will.

Methodology 

Companies on the 2023 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2019. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2022. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2019 is $100,000; the minimum for 2022 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places.
