Announcing Our Core Company Values

Since our inception in 2011, demandDrive has been an “employee-first” company.

Because when you focus on helping your employees succeed and grow, they help your clients do the same.

Our growth has always been driven by that mentality, but it was never formalized or documented.

Until now.

Our senior leadership team spent the latter half of 2021 identifying the core values by which we operate and translating them into a statement that we believe captures the ideals of demandDrive.

Getting there wasn’t easy. After brainstorming sessions, workshops, and company-wide surveys, we ultimately created this:

demandDrive fosters a community focused on communication and accountability to achieve individual and organizational growth.

That statement can also be broken up into individual components for a more focused look at our core values:

  • A strong community allows us to support, connect, and engage authentically with each other.
  • Communication allows us to create and sustain a transparent, efficient, and collaborative workplace.
  • Accountability allows us to maintain trust, set boundaries, and support autonomy in our work.
  • All of these enable the individual growth of our employees and the organization as a whole.

For those who have known us since our beginnings, these probably won’t come as a surprise to you. The above statement and corresponding values illustrate how we’ve operated for the past decade+.

Our focus on employee-led growth has not only opened up tremendous opportunities for our SDRs, but they have in turn done the same for our clients.

As one of our co-founders, Dan Paul, said:

“Take care of your employees, and they’ll take care of the business.”

And we don’t plan on changing any time soon.

The values we operate by have, and always will, support our mission statement:

Driving revenue growth for our clients by providing them with an integrated team that has the knowledge, resources, and expertise to build sustainable, high-performing sales functions.

As well as the vision we have for demandDrive:

To be the industry-leading sales development firm through investment in and growth of our individual employees.

Our future was already bright, and formalizing our values has helped us illuminate an even brighter one. We’re excited to see what 2022 (and beyond) has in store for us, our employees, and our clients.
