As an SDR, your job could be described as “paving the market with trust.”

Getting your name, brand, and message in front of your audience in a way that educates them on the value of your product.

The goal? Become a familiar face. Build some trust and credibility. And get the interested prospects to reach out and learn more.

The reality? Interested prospects will jump to your company website, LinkedIn page, and other resources BEFORE following up with you.

That’s just the world we’re living in.

And if you make it difficult for them to find information on you or your company, they’re more likely to file you away and forget about you.

Now more than ever, SDRs need to make it easy for prospects to take that next step.

✅ Your value propositions need to be clear.

✅ Your name and brand should be highlighted somewhere in your message (hint: use your signature!)

✅ Your CTA should be a clear and obvious next step.

If you want to reduce friction between yourself and your audience, you have to be fully visible and upfront with them.
