The Challenge

60 Cross needed a website to showcase their unique luxury living offerings

It also needed to live and breathe Boston, and exceed expectations for those looking to live in the area.

To help 60 Cross create this space for themselves in the market, we designed a luxury living brand and logo from scratch. But building a brand using only their limited rendering drawings required a site that spoke to the high-quality living and refined taste their ideal tenants expect.

Telling the perfect story to those looking for home

Just outside the city center, yet close enough for easy access to the best of what Boston has to offer—the location of 60 Cross combines Somerville’s great neighborhood feel with all the benefits of city life, from the eating spots and nightlife to nearby parks and recreation.

We made it easy for tenants-to-be to see themselves making the most of this central location. Working with a photographer, we helped capture images highlighting all the local amenities, which we incorporated throughout the site. These, alongside all the luxurious features offered to residents of 60 Cross, gives their digital experience just the right inviting and intimate feeling.

Responsive for all, even when you’re out of town

Finding a new home can be a pretty fluid experience—where virtual tours, showings, and neighborhood visits all balance against one another. A lot of that research happens on-the-go, so we knew the site for 60 Cross needed to meet potential residents where they felt most comfortable.

The result: a responsive and mobile friendly site accessible for all users, no matter what device or location they’re browsing from.

Building a new luxury brand, all from the ground up

When we began strategizing the new site with 60 Cross, the project was largely built on big ideas—but without a firmly established logo, brand style, or aesthetic, communicating those ideas would be challenging.

Our team developed a full brand identity for 60 Cross, transforming rough concepts of basic visuals into a fully polished luxury residence brand. Incorporating a new logo, defined fonts, brand colors, and aesthetic guidelines into our design, we helped bring those feelings of luxury to life throughout the digital experience.
