Creating a scalable digital experience for technical users

Delta’s existing website couldn’t keep pace with the company’s growth or the technical demands of the engineers that made up its primary audience. The product catalog was presented as static PDF downloads, which made searching and discovery difficult and was disconnected from how engineers used the site.

Delta was in need of a complete, scalable digital solution that could meet the needs of technical users while better showcasing the differentiators that built Delta’s reputation.

The Solution

Bringing a full, dynamic product catalog online

Delta’s old PDF-based catalog was completely replaced with a fully-scalable, dynamic product finder built for engineers and technical users. Each product included downloadable specs and documentation, making it easier for engineers to evaluate options quickly and accurately.

Creating a UX tailored to technical users 

The site’s entire structure was rebuilt for how engineers, sourcing teams, and QA professionals actually work. We designed a custom filtering engine with 17+ attributes to help users zero in quickly. Predictive search and built in quote requests guide users from discovery to action efficiently.

Delta also received a refreshed visual identity that better reflects its position as a leader in RF technology. demandDrive blended a new, clean design with technical precision to elevate the brand. Every detail reinforces trust and credibility, from updated diagrams, visuals, and messaging.

Executing a complex migration and backend rebuild 

Hundreds of existing products were migrated from the old site into a new, mobile-optimized WordPress platform. We integrating redirects, CRM connected form and trained Delta’s team to manage everything themselves. The result is a future-ready site built for growth.
