Maximilian Aue
VP of EMEA & APAC
Maximilian Aue is the Vice President, EMEA & APAC at demandDrive, where he leads the company’s strategy, growth, and client programs across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Based in Vienna, Maximilian specializes in building and scaling go-to-market programs that account for the distinct languages, buying behaviors, business cultures, and market dynamics of individual countries.
Having lived and worked across both Europe and the United States, Maximilian brings an international perspective to helping companies enter new markets, build high-performing sales development teams, and create lasting client relationships across borders.
Maximilian first joined demandDrive as a Sales Development Team Lead in 2016, where he coached and scaled SDR teams before progressing into regional leadership. Prior to his current role, he held management and senior go-to-market positions at Dassault Systèmes and Exasol across sales, marketing, partnerships, and international expansion.
Outside of work, Maximilian is a lifelong multi-sport athlete and former national champion, as well as an avid traveler with a passion for culinary experiences, wine, and specialty coffee. He especially enjoys discovering new restaurants, wine regions, and destinations with his wife, Sienna, and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, James.
