Tad Bustin is the Chief Strategy Officer at demandDrive, where he leads the company’s strategic direction across client programs, partnerships, new service lines, and internal technology. Tad joined demandDrive in 2016 as an SDR, grounding him in the day-to-day realities of sales and marketing execution that still shape how we approach GTM strategy today. Over the past decade he has grown through every level of the organization, building the systems, processes, and teams that enable demandDrive to deliver exceptional results for its clients. As CSO, Tad is focused on AI innovation, technology enablement, and refining the processes that will strengthen and scale demandDrive’s service delivery as a leader in human-in-the-loop GTM execution.
